Capn: Did you expect me to learn this in 1 day? Sorry to disappoint you. Easily created and added it to the file section? Come on. Was it that easy for you at the beginning? Give me a break. I just now finally got KM working in Excel 07. But don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the help.

I just noticed that wrench loaded his learned signals to the diagnosis area, so I used these to create an upgrade. If there are any other buttons not included as learns they are missing from the upgrade.

Here's the file...

And here's an upgrade pre-formatted for the RCU810 remote...

Upgrade Code 0 = 87 BF (DVD/2000) Magnavox BDP170MW8 (KM v9.10)
5A 00 10 3A E2 F9 20 1E BB 7D 71 D1 B1 11 E1 51
91 85 25 B5 35 F9 DD
End

Thank you. I'm not sure how long it will take me to learn how to do this, so I learned as many buttons from the Magnavox remote as I could, until I ran out of buttons to assign them to on the RCU810, in case someone else may need them. I uploaded them into the same diagnostic page. The ones I missed are:
+10
A-B (Repeat)
Audio
Subtitle
Mode
Display
Search
If you need those, I guess I can upload them in another IR file? Let me know.

I have updated the KM file to include the new buttons. If you do load a new file with the last remaining buttons, I will include those also.

Just FYI, all I need for the remaining buttons is their OBC codes, so you could just read them off from IR.exe and post them, if that's easier than loading a new file.

67 (Repeat/A-B)
123 (Audio)
122 (Subtitle)
92 (Mode)
85 (Display)
87 (Search)
81 (+10)

Will this do? Thanks.

I've added the new codes. I also checked the previous codes and found a few buttons that appear to use the same OBCs. This could be how the remote is designed or it could be due to a mistake made when learning. So, could you re-learn the following 5 buttons please and see if they do all indeed use the same OBCs.

OBC: Button Name
088: CLEAR, OK and RETURN
112: INFO and TITLE

88 Clear
114 OK
115 Return
112 Title
There's no "Info" original button on the Magnavox remote. it's 112 (Title) on the RCU810.
I'm kinda ham fisted, and these buttons are very small. Thanks.

There's 39 buttons, the "Guide" button doesn't exist on the original remote. I don't know where that came from, but should be removed.
