TOADTOG for a 740 Remote?

Where should I start to add TOADTOG to my 740 remote?

I am currently running "8780 8800 9800 extender v2a" uploaded by gjarboni in addition to a memory extender that I was directed to last night.

I am assuming a couple of things:

1) The existing TOADTOG file will not work since the README states that it is for 15-1994.
2) TOADTOG is not native to the extender that I am using since I didn't see it in the documentation.
