I have a Comcast 1067-A and a Samsung 5054. I would like to know if I could somehow program a series of key presses on my tv remote to work as a single button press on my comcast remote. i.e. I want to assign the PIP Move key to do (menu, down, down, right, down down down down down down down down right down down right) from the tv remote. |

Macros can be programed on the remote. That particular macro might be too many steps for a single key but worst case you can use 2 macros with one calling the second to achieve the entire sequence. |

I don't think the un-extended 1067A can call a macro from a macro. The other JP1.2 remotes couldn't do it, but I'm not sure. |

I also think it is too long for one macro. Does the menu "wrap around" so that you could use a smaller number of "up" commands instead of the eight "down" commands? |
