Non-working remote / Dreambox DM-7020-S ???

Non-working remote / Dreambox DM-7020-S ???

Hi!

I am the lucky owner of a dreambox 7020, and for 3 years I have used it with the remote(URC-39730 B02-00) in standard setup (4-digit code for TV). The other day I discovered the possibilities the remote provides, and I tweaked it with some 994 codes regarding the TV-functionality. Suddenly the dreambox did not respond to the remote any longer. I have tried everything I can come up with, but it does not help. I have made a cable for PC-connection, and I can manage to custom-program the remote with IR.EXE, but the dreambox is not online - besides the little detail: when I press the "0"-button in dream-mode, it mutes the dreambox. This is the only response I can get. I know the remote transmits something, because I have a pocket-PC with a universal -remote-program on, and it is willing to learn fom the DB-remote. The pocket-PC works in the same way when coded... Both work fine with the TV.

Do you have a clue what's wrong? I am not a newbie to the DB, so please no suggestions to just press the "dream"-button, thanks. I have renewed the batteries as well, and tried to leave the DB without power over the night - same s...
