Yes. All of the URC-1055's (and the 11055 - learning-enabled) are Atlas DVR (day) remotes, regardless of signature. The "(day)" refers to the button to the left of the Arrow button array.
On the Atlas DVR (URC-1054) that button is a single elongated "Settings" button, while on the Atlas DVR (day) (URC-1055) that "button" is a TWO-button rocker with Day+ and Day- labels. Hence it's called the "(day)" version.
That's how you differentiate between the 1054 and the 1055.
The Atlas DVR (URC-1054) has signature:
SA_7SA_7 (JP1) (only 1K EEPROM, good extender)
Nonetheless, you cannot tell apart the Atlas DVR (day) (URC-1055) remotes externally. It may have any of four signatures:
10251025 (JP1.2) (4K "EEPROM" area, good extender)
30003000 (JP1.3) (4K, beta extender)
30323032 (JP1.3) (4K, no extender)
30333033 (JP1.3) (4K, beta extender) _________________ Beginners - Read this thread first
