JP1 Remotes

I've collected up and posted all of the "Remote ID 1" Denon-K codes as used in the Denon AVR-3080CI, using the Denon-provided docs and the RM1.82-supplied Denon-K protocol.

For the few commands I need, they work on my 15-1994. Considering the conversions needed and my dyslexia, I'm sure there are bugs. But it's a fair starting point and this has been ignored too long.
