New type of cox 7820 remote ... current rdf does not work

I have a new type of cox 7820 remote that uses the JP1.3 interface (not the JP1.1 or JP1.2). IR dump shows a signature of "30463046". It looks like the current 7820 rdf with exactly the same button layout. The label in the battery area says:

RC1675604/35
URC 7820BP1-SA-R 15071
made in Indonesia
P073702 0 051201 LF

I have uploaded the raw dump from IR here.

Can the existing rdf for the current 7820 remote be easily modified for this remote (I assume it is the same but uses different EEPROM)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
