Ir codes learned in omniremote and combining devices

Hi. I've been struggling with this for weeks now. I've read the http://www.hifi-remote.com/jp1/help/rm/ over and over. Still confused. I have, however managed somehow to get 1 or 2 of downloaded "upgrades" to work to minimal extent for my slingbox remote w/ju chip. Please help.

Q-1: I have all the raw learned ir codes i need, for all my devices, in palm omniremote desktop, like this one: ---- Volume-up for my yamaha mini-system stereo.

What do I need, to get this to end up as a button on the sling-remote. And secondly, can it be done on a remote that was written to control another device? In other words, can I somehow import it into rm, etc., and COMBINE it with the remote thats already setup to run the sony dvp-cx985v? (Y1011_JU.bin) I.e., just as I have on my palm omniremote "universal remote", or "ofa" which controls every device from one remote?

Q-2 Because I already have the ir codes (like above) for all the devices and functions I need, and can copy paste them from omniremote desktop, I assume 'IR" program doesn't help me much, even if I had your special downloading remote and the cables?
