Looking for EFC for Discrete Power On/Off.
Power Toggle is from VCR/0081:EFC/044.
Can simulate Discrete Power On with
DVD>Play>[Stop].
Can simulate Discrete Power Off with
DVD>Play>[Stop]>VCR>Power.
