RS 2116 ex 2 display not working?

Hello all,

I recently upgraded my setup to include a new receiver and new tv. That entailed installing the 2116 extender 2. I got everything working, but I've noticed that the LCD doesn't seem to work at all. No time, no "success" indication on activation, and no device ID when I use the SET_LCD command.

I posted the text file from ir here. Any help would be appreciated.

Batteries went dead today, so I installed new ones. LCD worked fine. Apologies for causing any unnecessary work. Ed
