Any way to unlock volume on UNI500?

I have an UNI500 5-device non-jp1 remote. The volume keys was probably locked and assigned to TV. Does anyone here know if there is any way to unlock volume? Thanks in advance.

We can tell you how to unlock the volume on UEI remotes, but this doesn't sound like a UEI remote.
