Add me to the list. My 8810 has stopped learning too. This was while attempting to add another button to operate my receiver, which my 8810 already does. Its been almost 3 years since I programmed it last.

Probably the learning memory is full. Have you tried deleting a couple previous learned signals and then learning? (Learned signals vary in size, so you might need to delete two for room to learn one).

What steps have you taken to try and remedy this? Have you ruled out the possibility that the learning memory is simply full? Are you a JP1 user?

My 8810 still learns, just tried it out yesterday. Though I haven't used the learning feature all that much, only to make upgrade files. I've had my 8810 since Wal-Mart first started selling it.

Mine has stopped learning as well... model 8810... not sure why, it worked fine in the beginning... but no longer learning. Shows 441 FREE under Learning memory.

Try saving your current IR file, then do a 981 reset on the remote to see if that clears it.
