URC8910 extender and M and L keys cannot use them
Can someone explaint to me how to use these M and L keys, I've created key moves for them but when I press them nothing happens, IR is not immited, even the red light doesn't light up. I'm using the the ext2 extender.

You've obviously done something wrong, so your options are (a) have the experts try and guess what you've done, or (b) upload your IR file to the Diagnosis Area (and post a link to the file) so they can look for themselves.

All other keys work fine but I cannot get these keys to do anything.

The posted .IR file opened as Extender1 for 8910. What is ext2 extender?
I don't see any keymoves. I don't see any macros.
Where did you make keymoves on M and L keys?
Three devices (amp/1023, tv/0019, cbl/1877) are included and assigned to RCVR, TV, CBL, but the odd thing is that the "Note:" section is blank. Normally when upgrades are brought in from KM or RM, they leave footprints.
So, I'm baffled by the statement "everything works except...".
I think we need more information.
Pasha, could you start over and bring the updates once more into a new extender file to at least preserve the default macros.

Ahhh! The signature in the IR file is CPT0CPx1 so it's extender1. But if you also post your RDF file for ext2, we'll communicate better
I remember this ext2 file - it uses modified memory boundary. Being unsupported, most people here are unlikely to have the matching RDF. I recalled we played with one, but where it is is anybody's guess. Besides, even there the memory boundary might be in a place that does not match yours.

The link I posted in my previous post contains a zip with the RDF for the ext2.ElizabethD wrote:Ahhh! The signature in the IR file is CPT0CPx1 so it's extender1. But if you also post your RDF file for ext2, we'll communicate better![]()

Sorry, I missed the link to that zip file. The file does use the x1 designation with RDF for ext2. That confuses things for my IR!
Without notes, it's rough to tell what's wrong. My comments on keymoves:
CBL/L1,M2,M3: please recheck in KM or RM that the hex values are correct for the functions these buttons are to do using the CBL upgrade. Did you make those keymoves in IR or in (KM or RM)?
RCVR/M1 does not look correct to me because it's trying to use DVD/1023 which is not there. Setup 1023 refers to RCVR.
