Using IR on a urc 7562 I am trying to upgrade both code 1175 (sky+) and 1211 (Reliysis TV) - when I try to download from OFA, the downloads are too bloated to fit on the remote.
I have a .wav file for both the 1175 and the 1211 codes, but can't see how to add combine them to add to the remote.

Is there an easy way to combine these two wav files, or a different way of creating an upgrade for these two codes.

Thanks, Ali

When you download codes from the OFA website, they deliberately include more codes than you really need, which is why they overflow so quickly. So, here's what you should do.

First, download the codes for the Sky into your remote, then download the remote's memory using IR.exe and save the file. Then, download the codes for the RTV into the remote and download the remote's memory using IR.exe and save the file.

Then, post the two IR files and one of us will combine the codes for you.

I have 2 ir files to combine for a urc 7562 b00 - codes 1175 (sat) and 1211 (tv)

I have left the keymoves and a macro on 1175, as I wondered if they could be included in the upgrade.

I made a bit of a mess uploading the files, so there are some duplicates, and I can't remember whch one is which! - sorry - please use 1211 and 1175 inc keymoves.

Thanks for any help...

Thanks to both of you - I have loaded the new upgrade file fine - what a difference that makes to the memory, compared to the bloated one ofa send out!!

I have also deleted the relevent files so the two download files can be deleted too if needed.

Thanks once again.

I didn't notice that whompus had also created one when I created mine, so which file did you go with, or did you try them both? In my file, I deleted several of your keymoves because I incorporated them into the relevant upgrade.

I actually used yours Rob, because of the key moves issue. With all the macros and keymoves I do, I am always short of space! So that worked out great.

Thanks also to Whompus - I could have easily used your file, but I actually DLed Robs first by chance

Thats cool.. Robs is a better file. I made the other incase he or the other real experts where busy at the time. I didnt do anything to the keymoves because I thought for whatever reason you wanted them that way.
