Upgrade for Traxis Satellite Receiver (Protocol: RECS80)

Post by wlasley »

Learned all the EFC's from the original remote and IR shows the following for the Left Arrow Function:
Protocol: RECS80
Device: 4
Sub-Device: blank
OBC: 33
Hex Cmd: 78
EFC: 209
Misc: T=0 (158/5072/7608)

I am using KM for the upgrade and the RECS80 apparently has 3 types: 45, 68, 90. none of which has worked. thanks for any assistance.

Those numbers sure look like the 45 type and definitely not like the other two.

I don't know why it didn't work.

If you put a few files into the Diagnosis area maybe someone will spot the problem.

Most relevent is the .ir file that you uploaded to your remote to test and discover it didn't work (the one where you use RECS80 type 45).

Also helpful: The .txt file saved from KM for that upgrade, and the .ir file that contains your learned signals for this device.

Best is to combine the three files into a .zip file and upload that and post its URL back here.
