These RDF's are compliant with IR Version 5 & 6 and RemoteMaster(RM) V1.00 or greater
NOTE: KM does not require RDF's
RDF's for RM and IR

NOTE: If you are using the above set of RDF's with RM you will need this full set of Maps and Images below.

Full set of RM Maps and Images
All Maps and Images for RemoteMaster

CHANGES:
1) Updated LCD remotes (RS 2116/2117 - URC 8910/9910) to include support for the custom display protocol in IR Special Protocols tab.
2) Corrected names for the Motorola RDF's as suggested by Rob. Plus button fix Hal noticed.
3) Fixed URC-6960 RM load problem in RM.
4) Added Multiplex Special Protocol to all RDF's and PAUSE, ULDKP, UDSM to supported remotes for the IR Special Protocols tab.
5) Sorted names in Special Protocols section so they would appear alphabetically in the IR Special Protocols tab menu.
6) Added Map and Image for Scout remote.
7) Renamed Sony DirecTivo map and image for the Y809 to match the remote name. Also fixed the missing Tivo button.
8) Included a new file in the RDF distribution ZIP file called "OldRemoteNames.ini" which is required for the next release of RM to aid in importing and converting upgrades from KM to RM. Must be in same folder as RDF files.

You can selectively add the RDF's, Maps and Images you require however, if you choose to replace all, first remove and backup your old ones to eliminate conflicts with name changes.

NOTE: If you find any problems please let me know and I will update ASAP

Nils, I recommend adding the PAL Slingbox (BINRV) rdf Rob created in this thread to your "official" rdf distribution file.

Unless there is reason to suspect it is not yet ready for prime-time.

Until someone reports a problem with it, it's ready.

I assume you mean 'LCD remotes'?

Already have it and will be working on some other updates and then will make a new distribution.

The curent URC-9960B01 RDF (KASAKAS0) has an incomplete DigitMaps section, left over from before we figured out how we were going to support the multiple-byte entries (the 9960B01 being the first one we found to have them). Here's an updated section:
Code:
[DigitMaps]
072 048 053 094 092 003 302 090 044 046 086 087 010 187 188 058
083 147 011 126 023 081 016 001 127 034 032 021 075 033 030 029
295 301 064 013 091 270 199 209 145 170 131 093 141 208 212 278
This should be included in the next RDF release.

Hi all,

Can this be just cut and pasted in the current RDF?

Anything else to take care of?

What are the effects of adding this piece of code?

Please... I'm just playing with my Kam8 received from Rob...

My regards to all

Joe

P.S. Nils, please... any disclosure on the Extender for the 9960B01? Smile

Ciao!!!

Nils,

I think it's about time to add the JP1.2 remotes to the RDF and Map .zip files.

Some changes are needed to the Protocols section of the HCS08 remotes. We need to call out specific variants of some of the protocols:

0002:5
001F:8
0027:new
004B:7
005E:2
007E:3
00CD:2
00F8:3

OK Greg. Got it. Will work on it tomorrow. Got some other minor updates also. Things have been kind of on hold with the 1.2 stuff pending.

Joe, I am pretty close on the B01 extender just having some stability problems with it.

Nils, do you know that the title of this topic says 1.24 and the files are 1.25?
