RC-5/5x Combo protocol bug in KM

While helping the user in the thread linked above, I noticed that there's no way for the user to select RC-5 codes where the OBC is greater than 63.

I have just patched KM so that it can handle RC-5 OBCs > 63 with the combo protocol (I've called it 8.40). While looking into this though, I suspect that some more code will be needed for RC5x sub-devices, but I don't recall the format or peculiarities of the RC5x signal, so I didn't try to address it.
