National Geographic Triceratops - code added

I have just created an upgrade for this remote controlled kids toy. The signals were a bitch to learn and some of them are totally unlearnable, but I was able to get one good learn and I was able to figure out the rest from there. Like most kids toys, this uses a custom protocol.
