RS 15-1995 Code help

I bought this remote when it first came out and could not get it to work with any of my gear except my TV. I then put it in cold storage thought I got ripped off. I was then told they are quite cool. So I just dug it out after I was refered to this forum using google searching for codes.

JVC TV AV2771S code 0169 seems to work
RCA Receiver RT-2500 no RCA codes work
Panasonic DVD DVD-RV32 panasonic code does not work
Orion VCR VR0211 no Orion codes work

You need to build or buy a jp1 cable and the fun will start.

Once you have you JP1 cable, read all the FAQs on this forum and download the appropriate (free) software. Then have a look in the File Section as someone may already have created an upgrade for your device. If your remote has learning facility and you still have the original remote then you can go ahaead and learn the necessary functions and create your own upgrades. If you're stuck you can post in the Code Search section but please read this very important FAQ first.
