RemoteMaster support for Denon-K

I commited a new protocols.ini file at SourceForge for RemoteMaster.

I added an untested entry for the Denon-K protocol (Denon's version of the Kaseikyo protocol). There is a thread about this in the Pronto Forum at RC, and a new version of DecodeIr.dll that decodes Denon-K.

Hopefully before Greg releases this I'll have time to install a Denon-K upgrade in my own remote and see if the signals decode as intended.

Meanwhile if any JP1'ers have the Denon AVR 5805, or other Denon devices that use the Kaseikyo protocol, you can grab an advance copy and test whether this stuff really works (as opposed to my test, which would just prove my coding in protocols.ini consistent with my coding in DecodeIr).

I also have an xls file of all the discrete codes published by Denon for the 5805, cleaned up from the badly formated pdf Denon provided.

Denon-K uses 12 bit OBC numbers (16 bit hex commands, because there is also a 4-bit zone value). IrTool, DecodeCCF, RemoteMaster, and MakeHex all handled 12 bit OBCs without modification. I was a little surprised (I don't recall if we every used OBCs over 8 bits long before). I hope none of the other programs we use will have issues.

Do you own one of these units? If you do have you heard anything from Denon on the release of the Network patch? I was also told they may release a Satellite radio patch, Hardware will be needed is my guess.

I have owned Denon units for years starting with the AVP-8000.
I think they droped the ball a little on this 5805. Heres why.

5805 costs damn near $10,000 here in Canada.
5805 does not come with setup mic, Unit down from it does.
5805 I hate this darn remote, Should of stayed with the LCD Touch screen, that Looked like a PDA... This is only my thoughts.

I love this unit and I would not even think of buying a different brand.

Anyway I cant wait to patch this remote with your code, sounds like you cleaned it up,
