RM maps and images file missing?

I think I need an upgrade to images, but I get this error

404 File Not Found: The File pafiledb/uploads/bfc2036e303b0530d65ca70d6927961f.zip does not exist.
trying to get at
Maps and Images required for RM

I had to move a few files off the server recently for space reasons, but I just put this one back.
