It is an OEM remote, intended for STB manufacturers to purchase in quantity for inclusion with their product, not end users buying on their own from normal retail outlets.

From the specs:
· 60K Flash Microcontroller
· EEPROM 4K Designated

It seems it MIGHT be JP1.2
