OT Tip: resetting Windows NT/2000 passwords

I recently bought a laptop computer that came with Win 2000 pre-loaded but the seller didn't know the passwords for the accounts, so I figured I was going to have to wipe the HD clean and start over, but instead I found this very useful utility online that lets you reset all of the passwords.

Given how useful this could be to others, I thought I'd share it with you here.
