Do I need an extender for individual shifted keys? if not, how and where do I make this entry? I have looked in ir.exe and I only see it for macros. I looked in km.exe and I see a column for shifted keys in the function buttons area but I dont know what to do with it. Thank you, Doug _________________ thanks, just4fn |

No you don't need an extender for shited keys. You program a shifted key as a keymove. You can do this either in IR (under the Keymoves tab) or in KM (by creating a new device upgrade and using the shifted column on the buttons sheet). If you are just getting started, keymoves are the easiest to do. You look up the EFC for the function you want (usually from www.hifi-remote.com) and put that in a keymove on a shifted key. |
