Upload to Remote no longer working
After using IR for more than a year to upload changes to my remotes, the interface is no longer working, and I repeatedly get a "no reponse from remote" message and frequently a "MEM FAULT" message on the remote (RS_15-2117). (I do an MFR RESET to clear the MEM FAULT). The cables are secure ( my printer still works fine) and when I use "Check Interface" in IR it says it is working properly. I have tried to upload to three different remotes, including a new URC9910, and still cannot get it to work. I also just tried a new JP-1 cable and still no luck. If anyone has any suggestions, I certainly will appreciate the help.

Is it the same PC?
Was the printer working when the cable originally worked?
Have you installed updated drivers for the printer?
Have you updated the BIOS on the PC?
If the answer is yes to any of the last 3 then there is your problem. You can just for the heck of it uninstall the printer. Also, make sure that the port address is correct and matching in IR and the PC.

It is the same PC & printer, with no change to drivers or BIOS. After my first post I deleted my IR directory, and then downloaded and installed a new copy of IR (V6.15). I was then able to upload once, then I made a change to a mcro in ir and tried to upload again. It failed with the same "no reponse" message. Several additional attempts also failed.
