I have the RadioShack 6-in-one 15-2133. I bought it in the USA. It doesn't work with my TV, Cable converter and DVD in The Netherlands. I can't upgrade it by phone in the Netherlands, upgrading by phone in the USA is very expensive. So I have to find another solution.
I know nothing about JP1 etc. I want to use the RS 15-2133 with my TV Thomson 21DX25E, Cable Converter Panasonic TU-DC40RD and DVD-player H&B 5415S.
Is there anyone who can help me. What do I need, what codes do I need, a simple instruction etc. etc.

Have you read THIS POST yet?
After doing so, and getting your cable and pogo-pin connector, you should be able to do everything you want, since the 2133 is a learning remote. You can learn all of the codes you need and create upgrades using the decoded information.
And if you don't want to mess with JP1, then you still have to read the documentation to create upgrades and use IR to WAV and upgrade your remote directly from your computer's speakers, but you won't be able to decode any learned signals, so you will have to rely on a Code Search to create your upgrades, for which I refer you to THE NUMBER ONE CODE SEARCH FAQ.
After attempting all of that, come back and ask specific questions.
