I'm guessing he'll give you free shipping if you use BIN!

Price was fixed.
I purchased that remote and promptly returned.
Its claim to fame it that is has DV/PVR functions.
Guess what it didn't work my Comcast/Motorola 6412 DVR - Went back to the store.
It also didn't work any of my combo devices (I have several).
Junk.
Good think I found this site :)

I emailed the seller letting him know that he had typo'd the BIN price, so he fixed it.

I don't think it's fair to call this remote junk. While I don't personally like the button layout, I do give them props for adding buttons for every single ReplayTV/Tivo function, which is more than can be said for UEI/OFA with the URC-6131 or any other OFA remote.

Plus, the Philips remote has learning, so you should be able to learn the signals from the original remotes for any un-supported devices. I've not tried testing it's limit to see how big the learning memory is though.

Also, you can pick this remote up on ebay for $0.99 (plus about $6 or $7 shipping) so it's something of a bargain also.

But, it's still not a JP1 remote, so none of us that are "in the know" would consider it! :)

It might not be junk, but the box "claims" to be compatable with dvr/pvr and cable dvr.
I would have had to learn EVERY button from my cable remote (Jp1.1).
I'm just glad I found out about jp1 :)
I actually have a simpler version of that remote in the bedroom, but I retired it when I got my HTpros :)
