I just got this remote last week and am having trouble with the signal being transmitted to the RF base and then to my cable box.

Here's my setup:

TV - Samsung DLP Code 0060
Cable Box - Comcast Motorola Code 0476
Receiver - Denon Code 1160

The signal sent from the remote seem to work fine for the TV and Receiver but the Cable Box has trouble receiving them or the RF base is having trouble sending them. I have to push the buttons a few times on the remote to change channels, bring up the guide, etc. but when I adjust volume or mess with the TV everything works fine.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this problem?

Any yes the RF base is plugged in and I put new batteries in the remote.
