Don't think of it as a bashing, think of it as a friendly reminder of how best to help us help you. The template was developed as the result of all the endless questions we need to keep asking people to fill in the blanks in their original posts. In your case, you mentioned that you have a learning remote but didn't state why you couldn't do the learning yourself, but when you used the template you were forced to state whether you still have the original remotes, so you mentioned that they were broken.lifeisfun wrote:Thanks for support and bashing from Rob
