1. Device: Sanyo Model K1201SA (Remote control model: Y512F).
2. Type of device: Air Conditioner.
3. JP1 Remote model: URC-8811.
4. JP1 user? Yes, I have a JP1 cable.
5. Still have original remote? yes, but something is wrong with my OFA remote control and does not learn keys from other controls.
6. Checked Yahoo file section? yes
7. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? yes

You really need to either get that URC-8811 fixed, or get it replaced. In a case like this where I assume we don't have an upgrade available for you, you need the learning feature to capture the signals yourself.

I know that but I don't think I have a OneForAll authorized technical service here. I'd say my only option is try to fix it myself. Could it be the led not working well?.

That's one possibility, but you know what, for the time and effort it would take to fix it, you might as well just get another one.
