samsung ffwd and rewind keys not working

2. Type of device: home theater
3. JP1 Remote model: 6131 and 8910:yes
4. JP1 user? yes
5. Still have original remote?: no
6. Checked Yahoo file section? : yes
7. Checked Pronto file section (at R/C)? : yes

I have used all the 3 device codes for a samsung home theater listed in the forums (ht dlp 200p and the two for ht db600) . All the keys work except for the ffwd and rewind keys. Is the ffwd and rewind keys different on the db390? Can someone help please?
