SkyDigital remote

I am trying to finish the SkyDigital remote RDF and image/map and don't have a good enough picture to determine some of the button names.

Who can either provide me soft copy documentation or atleast tell me the names of the 4 buttons left to right directly below the Sky button and the 5 other buttons on the ring with the channel and volume buttons (the 3 left to right below the down arrow and 2 left to right above the up arrow).

These eye tests for remotes I don't know are killing me
