Discrete Commands On Old Mitsu

Post by Toys4Boys »

I am programming a 15-2117 for a Mit CS 2724R that I just aquired and have tried the EFC from the Advanced Code section for TV 0150 to try to get discrete commands for input as well as on/off but they don't work. Before I throw in the towel and assume that this model, circa 1991, doesn't have discrete access I figured I'ld ask for any advice/suggestions.

Thanks,
Mark

Here is my list of every TV/0150 Mitubishi TV command that I have run across. Many of these probably came from the advanced code list at www.hifi-remote.com:

OBC EFC Function
181 1
185 9
183 POWER
186 CANCEL
053 2
057 0
055 CH +
059 A/V Reset
058 Ant A/B Toggle (will switch from other Input1-4)
117 3
119 CH -
122 SLEEP
245 4
247 Input-
251 INFO/Display
213 5
215 VOL +
085 6
087 VOL -
149 7
153 VGA
151 MUTE
148 Right
152 Enter
150 MOVE
021 8
023 TV/VCR, Input+
020 Left/SELECT
022 Zoom Toggle/ FORMAT
165 Vid
169 Up Arrow
167 Power On
168 INSTALL
037 Video
041 Down Arrow
039 Power Off (also EFC 189--OBC 128)
036 Ant B
101 ENTER/Audio (also EFC 229--OBC 88)
103 MENU
229 Audio
233 STB
231 Ant A
235 EXIT
201 Component 2
199 Input 1
203 GUIDE
200 Left Arrow
202 PiP Freeze
073 Component 1
071 Input 2
072 Right Arrow
074 Zoom Toggle (also EFC 022 --OBC 62)
137 ALTERNATE INPUT/DTV1
135 Input 3/DVD
138 PiP On/Off
138 PIP
009 DTV Input
007 Input 4/Front
010 SWAP
189 Power Off

If these still don't work, channel + usually always gets to tuner mode, so a macro for Ch+|Video Toggle is AV1, Ch+|Video Toggle|Video Toggle is AV2, etc.

Thanks Jon, I already tried those codes as well as the CH+ trick to no avail. I was kinda hoping that maybe there was another step besides just inserting the EFC in KM.
