key move shift keys

can you put an advanced code on a shifted key? My cable box has a page up / down function and I want to duplicate this on the arrow down (shifted = menu - and menu +).

remote is a 8080.

Yes, but be aware that the "Producer 8" series of remotes have two SHIFT keys. Check the online manual on my site for specifics.
