If you men the clearance RS 15-2117, yes. Otherwise they are quite pricey. Personally, I use a separate remote extender system I half built myself, but you can get manufactured systems.

Just to further clarify that, JP1 remotes like the 15-2117 that have "RF capability" can only use it to communicate with their IR extender base units. They cannot control RF-controlled devices like X10, satellite receivers, etc., using RF.

Nope. OFA and RS usually only carry one model with RF capabilities at any one time and currently RS doesn't have any models with it.

The last RS model was the 15-2117 which had an original instore price of $50. Previous to that was the 15-1995 which had a regular price of $70, and the 15-1919 which was also $70.

The current OFA model is the URC-9910 which Best Buy has for $70 and BlueDo has for $43.

I have the 15-2117 available for $30 and the URC-9910 for $33.

The only to way to get one of the cheaper remotes to send an RF signal is to use the RR-X300 RF extender which you can pick up for about $40 on the web.
