slight errors in protocol notes for Dish Network combo

In RM 1.0.4 (and probably the others that have this protocol, my last version before this was 0.98) there are a couple of minor errors in the protocol notes describing the keys that have been mapped.

they are:

OBC 54 is mislabled as skip ahead, this one is skip-7, or skip back
OBC 55 is mislabled as skip/menu, this one is skiip+30 or skip forward
OBC 52 is not in there, it's the DISH button on the Platinum remote for 721
OBC 56 is not in there, it's the RED button on the platinum remote for 721

all of these are device=1 codes


BTW, thanks to those who put this new protocol together and got it into RM, it's been working GREAT on my 6131!
