Where can I get updates for 9910 ?

is it possible to download them somewhere or do I need to call the manufacturer for this updates to get them over the phone ?

I think that is the easiest way to get the upgrades from UEI. Once you get them post download the remote to IR and save the file and post it. Then try out each setup code and see which one works.

It really will help you get good answers if you don't start a new thread since the previous threads explained the problem, had suggestions from John Fine, Rob, and others including me.

Did you ever get any information out of Epson? Where did you get the setup codes listed above?

For anyone else reading this, the dog ate "lifeisfun"'s remote for his Epson projector and there are at least 4 different code sets floating around for Epson.
