can't download files..........

can't download files..........

any ideas why? i'm logged in etc. just can't get anything to happen when i click on a file.......zilch

I assume you are talking about the jp1 file section. Try right clicking on the file name and using the "save target as" option

It should work by just left clicking on the file name but sometimes if something isn't set just right in the browser this is an alternative. Glad it worked for you.
