discrete code for DishNetwork DVR522

I found a trick for a discrete on/off for the DishNetwork DVR522.

When the device is off, Select will turn it on. So discrete On is Select, and discrete Off is a Device Specific Macro that executes Select; Shift-Power (A Shift cloaked key using the RM2116 extender2.
