I had to do some Googling on this, but it appears this remote came from an M7 SAT801 Digital satellite hd-receiver, I found the user manual (in Dutch) here and from there I downloaded the remote manual and translated it to English here.
This remote appears to be a dedicated Satellite STB remote, with a few additional TV buttons. The user manual describes how to add a TV device to the remote. The remote doesn't have a dedicated SETUP button, like found on universal remotes, instead they ask you to hold the TV_Power and OK buttons simultaneously, then you can enter a TV code, or enter a 9xx command like the 991 described in the manual. I have no idea if this remote supports any other 9xx commands, so you'll have to experiment with those.
If it supports 994, I'd like you to program some keymoves.
If it supports 995, I'd like you to program some macros.
If it supports 980 or 981, I'd like you to do a reset, but be aware this will wipe out any existing programming, so it might not work your STB anymore, if indeed you have the M7 SAT801 unit that this came with.

994-not working only one blink @TV OR STBIf it supports 994, I'd like you to program some keymoves.

980-working getting four blinks
981-working getting four blinks.
994 key mover i Did this
PRESS and HOLD OK+TV Untill LED flashes twice, then RELEASE.
1.TAP 9 - 9 - 4.
2.TAP the (TV)
3.TAP the ( VOL+)
4.TAP the (TV)
5.TAP the (VOL+) result one blink @TV
Since i have only three Device button option so i tried the the 2. with Mute & STB also, but the result was One Blink Only.
