This is a very low-level question and I'm guessing it's for a much higher-level problem. If I were to ask you WHY you wanted to know this, I'm betting that your answer would be "because I want to program my remote to work by XYZ device", am I right? In which case, if you just said that, we might already have an upgrade for it. Providing the hex code would be a clue in such a case, not the only piece of information provided.
If you're trying to program a Sky Q box, we have an upgrade here:

Sort of. Its for the Sky streaming device, Sky Stream, the device is a puck and the Sky Q codes do not work.
I have found this protocul, and generated all 256 codes for it and am working through them.
I though if there was a device set up code that used this protocul it might be quicker.
The reason for all this is the Sky Puck remote is very basic with very few buttons. I have found with some other devices there are remote options that work the device that are not on the orignal remote and are quite convenient.

Are you a JP1 user, with a JP1 remote and cable? If so, when you say "the Sky Q codes do not work", do you mean the built in setup codes, or do you mean the Sky Q upgrades in the file section?

I have a JP1 remote and cable but its not been used for a while. I came back to 'pick some wise brains'The Robman wrote:Are you a JP1 user, with a JP1 remote and cable? I used the Sky Q set up code from URC / CCP of 240. ( I was originally getting Sky Q not Sky Stream but that a long story ...). CCP has a JP1 section but this does not have Sky Q.
I found these codes did not work the Puck. There was one code that did DVR or similar turned it on.
This makes me wonder if Q and the Puck use the same protocul but different codes within it and DVR is the one overlap ?
I am part way through testing the 256 codes, but have found 0-9 are the number buttons 0-9.
Thanks for the ideas so far.

If you're not using your cable, how are you testing anything? I can't help but think you're making this really hard for yourself, but hey, if you're enjoying doing what you're doing, have at it.
But if you've already found that OBCs 0-9 work the number buttons 0-9, then so far, you've confirmed that the upgrade that I linked you to is correct.
