It appears that segment 13 contains info for the speed of a macro
segment 13 contains 00 00 0A 1E 0A 08 03 FF FF FF
Changing the 03 to 01 appears to speed up macros and increasing it above 03
definitely can slow down a macro
Setting it to 00 was too fast for my Samsung Tv
It will be interesting to see if others can make use of this info
I still don't know what the "08" does
I would think this would apply to other segmented remotes that have segment 13 as well
