I couldn't find a complete code set for a Sony dual cassette deck so I brute forced one, but this is a real rough upgrade. I did use everything using the same protocol/devices, checked the Sony list, and also checked Harmony and still ended up brute forcing a few codes. Figured I'd see if anyone was bored and wanted to check my work or explain some of the functions. I posted it in the regular section so people looking for dual cassette decks specifically would come across it too.

I was going to say to check our Sony site, but I can tell that you did that from the codes listed in your upgrade. It looks like you found 3 new OBCs, so I have added them to the Sony cassette page. _________________ Rob

I think the functions I labeled "SkipFwd" and "SkipBack" may all be "Auto Play" after RTFM. Will check later.
Edit: While poking around that excellent resource, I notice that not included are the XDR-F1HD HD radio tuner or XDR-S10HDiP table radio with iPod dock... those use the same code set as you have posted for "kitchen radio" but add to it. Upgrades are posted, I did those probably 4 years ago when I moved into my new place and started rearranging stuff. |
