USB driver not found by Windows

Since EZ-RC has closed down, JP1 is your only option to get these remotes upgrades. We will (eventually) support all remotes formerly supported by EZ-RC, including the Moster Revolution 200.

USB driver not found by Windows

It's been a while since I connected to my XSight Touch remote. I tried with a Windows 11 PC and got a "USB device not recognized" and "Unknown USB Device (Device Compatibility Request Failed)" in the Device Manager. So I tried with my old Windows 10 PC that previously worked and got the same error. Tried multiple different USB cables and USB ports. Tried with a 2nd XSight Touch remote. So I've tried with at least two of everything and still can't connect USB to Windows. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I seem to have it working. I uninstalled all of my USB controller and hub devices, restarted, and the XSight driver installed properly.
