Anti-spam challenge for registering new user

Hi --

The anti-spam question in the new user registration page won't accept "2023" as the year. I tried "2022" and it worked.

Although this issue functions as a sort of a funky problem solving exam, you might want to correct it anyway, as it could lock out potential users whose brains work differently or whose frustration level is set low
