I'm looking for .bin files to control Technicolor G9 UHD 4K (G9STEC1) sat receiver with my slingbox solo.
Thank you in advance.

There is an upgrade file for your exact box below, which you can use to generate a bin file:

There are several ready-made Technicolor bin files here, not sure if they would work for you or not:

I used the rmdu file from the first link in your answer and i just created my PL.bin and RV.bin files with RMIR and it works perfectly.
(it was my first time)
I just had a little trouble understanding how to assign the OK button to the Select button. But it works now.
You can found the files here: http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=26477
