Which device upgrade is closest to Virgin media TV 360

Post by Ube_Astard »

I have the lastest Virgin Media Tv box and remote control of which for some reason the comands are not being recognised by learning on any of my remotes. On a VM forum someone has posted that cable box code 1582 works with this device on universal remotes and I have found some success. However I would like to edit some things on the device so would like to know if there is a way of obtaining upgrade information from what I have or what is the closet upgrade to this one. The new Virgin boxes are made by Humax from what I understand and I have tried some Humax cable device upgrades but none have worked.

'The selected protocol....is not compatible with the selected remote..' (URC7955) what are my options to sort this?

In the meantime I have found some posts with the same issue and am working through what to do.

Thank you, I was about to reply that I had already tried that one without success but thought 'I'll give it a try again'. It works so thank you, not sure what I had done the first time around.

Once you are done figuring out which functions work and which don't, including any additional functions that you might find by testing unused OBCs, please create an upgrade specifically for the Virgin media TV 360 and load it here.
