Can you get one showing the 6-pin connector and the fully assembled remote.

Based on this post from 2006 I suppose this is just the 10751075 URC 7555 remote. It is a JP1.2 remote, so should work with a typical USB to serial cable.

hotto, I don't understand what you mean by "delocked in full mode". I expect that with a cable you will be able to access the full capabilities of the remote, including making custom upgrade files for equipment that 7555 doesn't have built-in setup codes.

Hotto, if you are trying to program your remote using JP1, all you need is the right cable. Check out the following thread for information on cables that will work with your remote:

Using jp1 for the first time

Post by hotto »

Hi,
I have now bought the usb cable with the 6 wires to connect to the remote .
Once done correctly , i plug the usb into the computer (win7 or win10) and execute IR 802..
But my computer doesn't recognise the remote ?
Have i forgotten something ?
Thank you for advices !

You are only supposed to connect 4 wires to the remote, which instructions were you following?

You should also use Remote Master, not IR 802.
