Upload limit 8MB

Tried to upload am 6285939 bytes file, i.e. well below the limit, 8MB. Was rejected because "too large".

I understand the actual limit is now 2MB, the 8MB figure is a hangover from a previous incarnation of the website that has not been amended. RemoteMaster.jar files are also well under 8MB but they can't be uploaded, either. I also have found this very limiting.

If I remember correctly, I tried many different ways to get that changed but was unable to. PHPBB forums don't normally include file sections, so I had to add this as a mod, and the mod itself has long since fallen off of the internet, so any updates to it I've had to do myself, and I'm not a PHP programmer by any means.

So then I suggest just changing the "8MB" text to "2MB".
