Cloning one OARUSB04G remote to another

Thanks to recommendations from members of this forum I have acquired 4 OARUSB04G remotes, installed the latest version of RMMIR and successfully installed the 1.04 extender on one of the remotes. I have also created multiple device files for 8 devices that will be common to all 4 remotes. Can I clone the completed remote to the other 3 by simply copying the settings.bin file from the one that is complete to the other 3 remotes or is the settings.bin file unique to each remote?
